Bruised But Not Broken: A Playlist
Break ups are hard regardless of who you love. It can take you out of your normal state of mind and put you in your feelings. If you're anything like me, you try to ignore your feelings. But eventually that catches up with you (and not always at a convenient time). I suggest giving yourself time process what your feeling. If you need to cry... let them tears flow sis. If you need to scream... let it out. If you want to break some shit... be careful and make sure you don't have to pay for the damages honey. I made a playlist of songs that deal with common phases of breaking up: denial, anger, sadness and eventually acceptance. I hope it gives you a form of therapy the way it's been for me.
